@sfrancey i still love textpattern and still use it for other sites. but you can tell that they put a LOT of work into wordpress
just converted an entire site from textpattern to wordpress. i think wordpress might be the most complete CMS I have ever played with.

@mhinton canon has some really good ones. they just came out with the 500D which is supposed to be a great intro-DSLR.
just got this dandy remote that plugs into your DSLR camera and lets you take timed photographs. really cool for time-lapse photos.
