Every once in a while, you will come across a really cool music video on TV or on youtube. Chances are that if the video is bold, daring and creative, Michel Gondry might have directed it. Michel has made music videos for Bjork, Paul McCartney, Beck, Kanye West, The Vines, Chemical Brothers, The White Stripes, Foo Fighters, Sheryl Crow, Daft Punk, Kylie Minogue and a whole lot more. Michel is also responsible for directing movies like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. While his list of music videos hes done is endless, this is small list of my top five favorite music videos directed by the man himself.

Similar to the “Star Guitar” Video, except the tall guys are the bass, the skeletons are the guitars, the swimmer are keyboards, the mummies are the drums, and the robots are the voice.

Self explanatory. Just picture yourself on the drawing board coming up with the plans for this video.
